The Community News Production Institute is always interested in hearing from groups whose members would like to join our trainings. We focus on New York City groups serving low wage workers and immigrants. We will be starting a new round of trainings soon.

While we have limited resources, we fundraise to subsidize the cost of trainings for members and their organizations. If a partner organization is well-resourced, we ask that they purchase a digital recorder for their members to use during the trainings; the cost is about $170. But don't let that put you off! It's not a requirement of working with us.
