It’s Radio Rootz’ 4th year teaching at Manhattan Comprehensive Day and Night High School and we are very excited! Our internship program is offered to night students with a passion or interest in radio, music, and journalism. All our students are seniors with plans to pursue a college career, most likely in the media field. In class, we’ve delved deep into discussions and  made discoveries on our self identity, media ownership, advertising, and news coverage. Once they stepped foot in the studio, there was no leaving! Soon we will start working on our individual documentaries. Stay tuned for our radio show to listen to our completed radio pieces!
