On the eight anniversary of September 11, Restaurant Opportunities Center (ROC-NY)
honored 73 NY restaurant workers who lost their lives on the job in the World Trade Center. The organization also released a new study which shows that restaurant workers - citywide - are still at serious risk of occupational injury and illness, resulting in substantial consumer safety impact. Rob Robinson and Christine Lewis, reporters and hosts of CNPI's monthly show interviewed Sekou Siby, the co-director of ROC-NY.
