L Train Riders Face Overcrowded Shuttle Buses

Last month, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) raised subway and bus fares to confront a growing deficit.But in addition to facing a budget crunch, the MTA faces a deteriorating overall transit system, which requires regular track constructions especially on weekends. One of the lines undergoing track work is the L train in Brooklyn. With ongoing constructions, commuters are forced to use the shuttle bus to get to their destination. But for many riders, using a shuttle bus can be quite a challenge. Reporter and subway rider Jessica Aguirre has more.
